International Monetary Fund has conditioned Serbia to recognize Kosovo independence first before any financial aid will be given, including the requested 2 billion dollars aid, writes the German daily newspaper, Die Tageszeitung.


International Monetary Fund has conditioned Serbia to recognize Kosovo independence first before any financial aid will be given, including the requested 2 billion dollars aid, writes the German daily newspaper, Die Tageszeitung.

"No aid will be given to Serbia by IMF without recognition of Kosovo first" informs the paper quoting a high IMF official regarding the decision.

Serbia is at the brink of total state bankruptcy due to the global economical crises and it is in desperate need for financial aid, says the paper.

Only after the recognition of Kosovo, Serbia can count on the money of International Monetary Fund, reveals the German daily, Die Tageszeitung.

ist wirklich so - hab letztens auch etwas gelesen, dass Serbien kurz vorm Bankrott ist und dass die USA erst Geld gibt wenn sie Kosovo anerkennen

ich selbst denke, dass Serbien lieber Bankrott geht anstatt Kosovo anzuerkennen.. o shkijet dreqa jon

p.s mir ist aufgefallen, dass 60 % deiner Beiträge Nachrichten von B92 oder sonstigen serbischen Nachrichtenagenturen sind...kann das sein

ich bin international, aber man sollte nicht einseitig sein, so hat man allein für sich selbst eine realitätsnahe Objektivität. oft ist mir auch ufgefallen, wenn man zB quellen aus albanischen Nachrichtenagenturen rein postet, sagt man oft "super-Quelle"

abgesehen davon b92 wird nicht vom serbischen Staat kontrolliet drum ist da mehr objektivität zu erwarten als das vom Staat betrieben RTS

stimmt, da unter dem Artikel war ein Kommentar (höchstwahrscheinlich von einem Serben) der sagte: Wenn Serbien es tut (als Kosovo wegen dem Kredit anerkennt) ich gehe nie mehr hin. ganz ein großer Patriot
