The Croats killed more than a 100 Serbs in Sisak
Zagreb, 05.02.1998 " Hrvatska Levica"
The Croat journal named " Hravatska Levica" whose director is Stipe Suvar, ( the former president Tudjman's advisor),has published i the new issue a letter of a Croat soldier with a details, how the Serb were massacred in Sisak starting from 1991 up to 1993.
The firs responsible for those massacres in Sisak, (near Zagreb), was
Ivan Bobetko, Vladimir Milanovic and Djuro Brodarac. The one who organized those massacres was Jadranko Grbin, the former policeman from Zagreb. In his squad there were the professional killers, the grand sons of emigrated Ustashe, (nazis), and the foreign legions.
The Serbs were killed near the barracks where once were the "pioneer camps" (communist youth). There was also the campment of Jadranko Grbin, then in the forest of Brezovica and in place called Komarevo. The Serbs were also massacred in Zeleni Breg.
Quoting only a few Serb names S.B. described the place and the way the
Serbs were killed. " Marko and Ivica Vila and their sons Dusan and Zeljko and their cousin Mladen Vila worked at the market place. They had no protection and were the first ones on the list of persons to be killed.
They were accused of being "Cetniks" and their home described as
a " Cetnik hospital".
Jova Crnobrnja ,a retired policeman from Sisak, was shot dead at his door
step, because he had " a secret radio station". Branko Oljca, was shot dead at his doorstep by his superioVladimir Milinkovic .He was reported to be gone to " join the Cetniks".
Milovan and Vera Stevanovic were killed in august 1992 and their bodys were burried near the Grbin's barracks. They were killed " because they insulted a Croat policeman".
All the fireman of the Serb nationality were executed in august 1991.
Rade Spanovic, a simple worker, was arrested in 1992 when leaving the
factory where he worked. He was led to the river Sava, he was killed there and thrown to the river.His body was found near the village of Gusce.
Ljubica Solar, 19 years old Croat was shot by a sniper, and Vladimir
Milinkovic published in the police station that she was killed by her
fiancee, the Serb.
Stevo Vranesic, was stabbed with knife , after what he was still tortured. He was accused to work with "Cetniks". They cut his head off and he was thrown to the river Kupa.
Velko Cekalo , TV technician,was killed on March 4th 1993 in Komarevo.
Dragan Rajsic, the security officer and the guard were led to river Sava where they were shot dead and thrown into the river.
Pero Kicic and his wife the great invalid were killed with hammers, their heads were crashed. The police declared they were drunk and put the house on fire.
Their 30 goats and sheep and 200 rabbits were taken by the Croat
police.
Dusan Sundic,the lawyer in the Sisak hospital, was taken to Komarevo. They obliged him to drink a bottle of Cognac and sing.
He was shot on March 3rd 1993. He was buried, only one hand was still
pointing out from his grave...
