Parts of the anti-missile defence shield will be situated on Albanian territory

NATO experts are to pay an official visit to Albania in order to inspect the possibilities for installation of parts of the anti-missile defence shield on Albanian territory, Macedonian newspaper Nova Makedonija reports. The Chief of Staff of the Albanian Armed Forces Gen Maksim Malaj has confirmed the information.
“The NATO experts will make a thorough analysis of the geo-strategic factors in our country. If they decide to install elements of the anti-missile defence shield, we will give our permission,” Gen Malaj explained.
