Es geht mir nur um eine Replik zum Beitrag von Schokobäcker Big MD. Ihr Mazedonier habt keinerlei Verbindungen zu Völkern aus der Antike. Die Neugriechen haben eine sprachliche Kontinuität zu den antiken Griechen, und die Albaner zu den Illyrern und zu den alten Römern. Eure sprachliche und geschichtliche Verbindung ist die mit den Slawen des 6. Jh.

Лидерот на Нова Демократија, Антонис Самарас, одбил средба со македонскиот премиер Никола Груевски.
На самитот на десницата во Марсеј, каде е присутен и лидерот на Грчките десничари, Груевски во духот на продолжување на мерките за градење доверба и продолжување на почнатиот дијалог, му понудил средба на лидеот на Нова Демократија, но Самарaс ја одбил со образложение дека немал време.
Од кабинетот на Премиерот Груевски, потврдуваат дека средбата била иницирана од македонска страна со цел запознавање и продлабочување на добрососедските односи.
Ваквиот потег на Самаранс чија партија во новата коалициона влада има силно влијание, и човек кој е претендент за иден грчки премиер, дипломатските кругови во десницата го оценуваат како јасен доказ дека Грција стои на своите тврди позиции иако декларативно демонстрира дека се залага за решение. Истите извори ова го поврзауваат и со последната писмена изјава на шефот на грчката дипломатија.
Инаку неофицијално Сител дознава дека новиот Грчки Премиер Пападимос возвратил на писмото што Груевски пред десетина дена му го испратил.
Пападимос, во одговорот повторно ги акцентирал ерга омнес позициите. И тој став и одбегнувањето средби, според дипломатите во Европа е јасен сигнал за тврдите грчки позиции, кои според истите извори, се резултат на влијанието на Самаранс во новата грчка влада.
Во Ваква ситуација, дипломатите коментираат дека и доколку се остварат какви било средби меѓу македонски и грчки политичари, тие би се свеле на познатата тактика за купување време и пролонгирање на решението.
Во македонската влада велат дека таа и покрај се останува посветена на градењето клима на доверба и добрососедство во функција на изнаоѓање на взаемно прифатливорешение за двете страни.

The ethnic Macedonians are descendants of the various Slavic tribes that moved to southeast Europe and particularly into the region of Macedonia between the 6th and 8th centuries AD.[37][38][39] It is generally acknowledged that the ethnic Macedonian identity emerged in the late 19th century or even later.[40][41][42][43][44][45] However, the existence of a discernible Macedonian national consciousness prior to the 1940s is disputed.[46][47][48][49][50] Some early 20th century researchers as William Z. Ripley, Coon[51] and Bertil Lundman[52] and most late 19th and early 20th century ethnographers described the Slavic speakers in Macedonia as Bulgarians, and often placed both populations in a common racial subgroup.[53][54][55] Other authors, like historian Ferdinand Schevill and journalist H. N. Brailsford, described Slavic speakers from Macedonia as related to both Serbs and Bulgarians, but without clear defined ethnic consciousness.[56] Brailsford considered a part of the people of North West Macedonia as Serbs and the people of the region of Ohrid as Bulgarians.[57] The argument that the ethnic Macedonians are related with the Bulgarians is also advocated by some modern writers[58][59][60] and ethnic Macedonian politicians.[61]

This position is based on the findings of some late 19th – early 20th centuries ethnographers such as Vasil Kanchov,[62] Gustav Weigand,[63] and the anthropologist Carleton S. Coon, which stated that the Slavs in 6th century actively assimilated other tribal peoples by absorbing part of the indigenous populations of the region of Macedonia, which was mainly combined by Greeks in the south and Thraco-Illyrian tribes in the north.[64] By absorbing parts of the peoples living there the Slavs also absorbed their culture, and in that amalgamation a people was gradually formed with predominantly Slavic ethnic elements, speaking a Slavonic language and with a Slavic-Byzantine culture. Furthermore, the genetic studies support the theories that Macedonians genetic heritage is derived from a mixture of ancient Balkan peoples[65] as well as the relatively newly arrived Slavs with deep European roots.
Population genetics studies using HLA loci have been used in light of unanswered questions regarding Macedonians' origins and relationship with other populations.[66] Macedonians are most closely related to other Balkanians as Croats, Serbs, Greeks, Romanians and especially Bulgarians.[33][67][68][69][70] It is also corroborated that there is some non-European inflow in modern Macedonians.[71]
