Skudra or Scudra (Greek: Σκύδρα) was a province (satrapy) of the Persian Empire in Europe between 510s BC and 479 BC. Its name is attested in Persian and Egyptian inscriptions (an Egyptian record of c. 498–497 BC, and a list on the tomb ofDarius the Great at Naqsh-e Rustam, c. 486 BC.[SUP][1][/SUP]). It is believed to have comprised the lands now known as Thrace.

Du meinst die Makedonen (= deine Vorfahren ;-)) waren 510 v.Chr. zwar Griechen, aber wurden zu Aleksandars Velikis Zeit (330 v.Chr.) längst enthellenisiert? Sehr interessante neue These, könnte glatt von mir stammen.

Darius proudly wrote in the inscription on his tomb at Naqš-i Rustam that he had conquered the Yaunâ takabarâ, the 'Greeks with sun hats', a reference to the Macedonian headwear.

it can not be excluded that Alexandar is the Macedonian name by which the conqueror of Asia was known to his courtiers. :shocked:

Ne, ich meine du hast keine Ahnung von Geschichte, du hast behauptet Aleksandar der Große wurde von den Persern als Yahwan Takabara bezeichnet. Als Begründung gibst du dazu eine persische Satrape an, die lange vor seiner Geburt existierte.


Du hast dich voll blamiert und wieder mal gezeigt das griechische User keine Ahnung von makedonischer Geschichte haben

Steht doch dort: The correct rendering of Alexandros would have been A-lek-sa-an-dar-ru-su, but until now, no tablet has been discovered that uses this Greek name. Instead, after some first attempts to render the conqueror's name, the Babylonian scribes settled upon A-lek-sa-an-dar.
