I've been working on a small project for a while now and thought I'd share it here.
It fits best in there.
The reason was actually quite simple: there are hundreds of Balkan radio stations online,
But there's no convenient place where they're all together. You jump around.
switching back and forth between ten tabs, the broadcasters' own pages are often
They're ancient, they freeze up, or you have to click away three pop-ups first. So...
I built it myself.
The result is radiobalkan.net – currently 653 stations, live:
Serbia 263 Croatia 197 Bosnia 77 Montenegro 43
North Macedonia 36 · Slovenia 14 · Albania 14 · Bulgaria 8
What was most important to me was what wasn't included: no advertising, no
Registration, no account, no app required. Open the page, sender
Click it, and it works.
What's inside:
- Search by name, filter by country and genre
- Favorites that remain saved in the browser (without an account)
- Sleep timer, in case you fall asleep while listening.
- works on mobile phones just as well as on computers
I've also created separate pages for us here in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with the
Radio stations most listened to in the Diyaspora:
radiobalkan.net/dijaspora/nemacka/ (or /austrija/ and /svajcarska/)
For those who prefer it as an app on their phone: there is also an Android app that
It continues running in the background when the screen is off. Link is on
the page.

I maintain the list myself, manually. So if your local station is from
