Jedes Jahr das Selbe. Die von Deutschen mitfinanzierten Mafia Bauten, der Albanischen Drogen Boss und Politiker zerstören und verseuchen, mit ihren Abwässern die wichtigsten Bade Strände von Albanien: Golem und Kavaje südlich Durres
• Golem is environmentally endangered
Durres- The zones of Golem and Shkembi I Kavajes are endangered from pollution. The sea in those areas remains the most threatened one because of solid wastes thrown by different construction companies, which either during the night or during the day makes illegal dumping of their wastes.According to some sources taken from inhabitants and vacationers of those areas, has been told that “the sea is often full of solid wastes, soil and pieces of bricks because the vehicles of construction companies come during the day and often during the night to unload the wastes here, because it is much easy and it does not consume anything, creating dangerous massifs and polluting the sea”. But, it seems this concern has not reached the offices of the communes and local government yet, closing eyes and ears, when the citizens and vacationers complain because inside the sea you step on bricks and boards. This problem reached ARM of Durres and Kavaja, which having no full legal power, expressed that “this is as consequence of construction permissions given without any criteria and also time in which we are living, especially these two last months where the abuses during the campaign were much more flagrant”. ARM is satisfied fining these companies and mostly just warning them, because the firms in the majority of cases when they make any mistake they use other ways to overcome these situations without suffering anything. The companies that receive permissions to construct on shore-side should care for the sandy strip of the coast and the state must put severe sanctions against violators. Often, most of them have found the shortest way to unload the wastes dumping them into the sea night and day. The inhabitants have often complained about this problem saying that they have even found antiquaries that have been excavated by construction companies and then thrown into the depth of sea.
