Durrës-The tourist session of this year has disappointed a lot of hotels’ owners on the Durrësi’s seaside. The bad weather with a lot of rain has empty the Durresi’s beach. On the wet sand, only the garbage and the beach beds have remained as a trophy of the season. All the tourists who heavily came during May have all been apart. Such a situation have been a big disappointment on restaurants and hotels’ owners, because the taxations that they are paying have a big monetary amount, which they could not effort on such conditions. The sources of their incomes are destroyed by the bad weather.The most threat of such a situation is mostly felt by the small businesses. “I pay 3 million lek per month only on taxations for my bar” - declares one of the owners - and with the business enlargement on putting the beach beads I pay 1 million more, while the client rate is very low and the tourist are disappear”. The same is happening with the other businesses, to which the bad weather did on this summer season. But the bills of such evacuation are not being only on the businesses but on the state as well, while the last year the incomes evaluated by the Market office have been really enormous.

Legal action against a construction firm
Berat- The construction firm “Kora” ltd, with head office in Ura-Vajgurore, was denounced in the prosecution office of this district for fraudulence and falsification. The information was given yesterday for SOT newspaper by the regional tax office in Berat. The director of this office, Arben Velcani said yesterday for the newspaper that the construction firm “Kora” ltd, owned by Mr. Meleq Kora was sent for legal actions to the prosecution office of this district, as during the competition in an open tender taken place in the commune of Golem, it acted illegally. According to Mr. Velcani, this violation was noticed during the control exercised on May, 29, 2006 in the tax office of Berat.It resulted that the firm had falsified the submitted documentation for the tender over paving of a road in the tourist village of Golem.

Derdhja e ujërave të zeza direkt në det ka shkaktuar një ndotje katastrofike në bregdetin e Durrësit duke detyruar Inspektoratin e Higjienës në Durrës që të bllokojë 19 subjekte që janë ndotësit më të mëdhenj të plazhit. Sipas Inspektoratit të Higjienës në Durrës, zonat më të ndotura në plazh janë: në zonën nga Agipi deri në stacionin e plazhit “Teuta” ku mungon rrjeti i kanalizimeve të ujërave të zeza. Zona e “Shkëmbit të Kavajës”, ku gjithashtu mungon rrjeti i kanalizimeve. Zona nga “Përroi i Agait” deri te Kovaleshenca si dhe plazhi i Currilave, ku ujërat e zeza derdhen direkt në det. Sipas të dhënave të Inspektoratit të Higjienës, shkalla e ndotjes në disa prej këtyre zonave arrin deri në 1100 mikrobe për 100 mililitër ujë, që është jashtë parametrave normalë. Shefi i Inspektoratit të Higjienës në Durrës, Skënder Lala, tha se janë bllokuar 19 subjekte që shkaktojnë ndotjen më të madhe në këtë zonë. Sipas burimeve nga Inspektorati i Higjienës pranë qendrës shëndetësore të plazhit, funksionon edhe një pikë sanitare që ndjek problemet higjieno-sanitare në zonën e plazhit të Durrësit. Mungesa e rrjetit të kanalizimeve të ujërave të zeza, në zonat e sipërpërmendura dhe funksionimi i hoteleve dhe pallateve të ndërtuara me gropa septike, kanë shkaktuar këtë ndotje të jashtëzakonshme. Më problematike, situata është në plazhin e Currilave, ku mungesa e ujit të pijshëm, derdhjet në mjedisin e jashtëm direkt në rërë dhe det të kanalizimeve të ujërave zeza, e kanë bërë të papërdorshëm këtë plazh. Derdhja e ujërave të zeza në kanalin e zonës Rrashbull-Arapaj- Shkallnur përfundon në det të hapur, pasi ky kanal derdhet në zonën e Kovaleshencës në Plepa. Këto ujëra shkaktojnë ndotje të madhe të ujit të detit në një zonë prej 1000 metrash nga derdhja e këtij kanali. Nga kontrollet e Inspektoritit të Higjienës rezulton se në të gjithë vijën bregdetare ka mungesa të theksuara të banjove publike dhe dusheve për pushuesit. Bregdeti në plazhin e Rrushkullit është i mbushur me mbeturina dhe rërë bituminoze që vazhdon të zërë sipërfaqe të mëdha. Kontrollet kanë konstatuar se gërryerjet e detit po degradojnë me shpejtësi këtë plazh dhe po e zhduk nga harta e plazheve lokale të frekuentueshme. Derdhjet e lumit Ishëm në Gjirin e Rodonit shkaktojnë prurje të shumta të papastërtive, lëndëve inerte dhe organike. Derdhjet e ujërave të përdorura në bregdetin e Shëtitores "Taulantia", Porto Romano, Hamallaj, të Tarinit dhe lumejve Erzen dhe Ishëm, e kanë bërë të palejueshëm për frekuentim segmente të mëdha të këtyre plazheve. Sipas shefit të Inspektoratit të Higjienës dhe Epidemiologjisë, Skënder Lala, problem mbetet dhe parandalimi i intoksikacioneve alimentare dhe tregtimi i akullores nga pikat ambulante gjatë të gjithë bregut të plazhit të Durrësit. Tregtimi i tyre bëhet në kushte jo të përshtatshme dhe paraqet rrezik serioz. Inspektorati i Higjienës ka realizuar kontrolle higjieno-sanitare në të gjitha objektet e prodhimit, ruajtjes dhe transportit të produkteve ushqimore në shkallë rrethi. Pas këtij kontrolli, janë marrë për analiza 986 tuba, nga të cilat kanë rezultuar mbi normë 126 tuba. Janë analizuar për profilaksi 825 artikuj ,nga të cilët kanë rezultuar jo konform rregullave, 27 artikuj dhe është bërë bllokimi i ushqimeve me vlerë 12.073.113 lekë. Janë bërë 10 mbyllje provizore dhe 4 definitive si dhe janë vendosur 85 gjoba me vlerë 85.000 lekë.

Kein normaler Mensch geht in Golem, der Pista Teuta etc.. baden. Alles Verbrecher Bauten und ohne Kanalisation und ebenso die gesamte Natur wie Bäume, Meer, Strand vernichtet.

Die haben Alles in eine Toilette umgewandelt,und denken da kommen Touristen.

Derdhja e ujërave të zeza direkt në det ka shkaktuar një ndotje katastrofike në bregdetin e Durrësit duke detyruar Inspektoratin e Higjienës në Durrës që të bllokojë 19 subjekte që janë ndotësit më të mëdhenj të plazhit. Sipas Inspektoratit të Higjienës në Durrës, zonat më të ndotura në plazh janë: në zonën nga Agipi deri në stacionin e plazhit “Teuta” ku mungon rrjeti i kanalizimeve të ujërave të zeza. Më problematike, situata është në plazhin e Currilave, ku mungesa e ujit të pijshëm, derdhjet në mjedisin e jashtëm direkt në rërë dhe det të kanalizimeve të ujërave zeza, e kanë bërë të papërdorshëm këtë plazh. Derdhja e ujërave të zeza në kanalin e zonës Rrashbull-Arapaj- Shkallnur përfundon në det të hapur, pasi ky kanal derdhet në zonën e Kovaleshencës në Plepa. Këto ujëra shkaktojnë ndotje të madhe të ujit të detit në një zonë prej 1000 metrash nga derdhja e këtij kanali. Nga kontrollet e Inspektoritit të Higjienës rezulton se në të gjithë vijën bregdetare ka mungesa të theksuara të banjove publike dhe dusheve për pushuesit. Bregdeti në plazhin e Rrushkullit është i mbushur me mbeturina dhe rërë bituminoze që vazhdon të zërë sipërfaqe të mëdha. Kontrollet kanë konstatuar se gërryerjet e detit po degradojnë me shpejtësi këtë plazh dhe po e zhduk nga harta e plazheve lokale të frekuentueshme. Derdhjet e lumit Ishëm në Gjirin e Rodonit shkaktojnë prurje të shumta të papastërtive, lëndëve inerte dhe organike. Derdhjet e ujërave të përdorura në bregdetin e Shëtitores "Taulantia", Porto Romano, Hamallaj, të Tarinit dhe lumejve Erzen dhe Ishëm, e kanë bërë të palejueshëm për frekuentim segmente të mëdha të këtyre plazheve. Sipas shefit të Inspektoratit të Higjienës dhe Epidemiologjisë, Skënder Lala, problem mbetet dhe parandalimi i intoksikacioneve alimentare dhe tregtimi i akullores nga pikat ambulante gjatë të gjithë bregut të plazhit të Durrësit. Tregtimi i tyre bëhet në kushte jo të përshtatshme dhe paraqet rrezik serioz. Inspektorati i Higjienës ka realizuar kontrolle higjieno-sanitare në të gjitha objektet e prodhimit, ruajtjes dhe transportit të produkteve ushqimore në shkallë rrethi. Pas këtij kontrolli, janë marrë për analiza 986 tuba, nga të cilat kanë rezultuar mbi normë 126 tuba. Janë analizuar për profilaksi 825 artikuj ,nga të cilët kanë rezultuar jo konform rregullave, 27 artikuj dhe është bërë bllokimi i ushqimeve me vlerë 12.073.113 lekë. Janë bërë 10 mbyllje provizore dhe 4 definitive si dhe janë vendosur 85 gjoba me vlerë 85.000 lekë.

Alles wird zerstört, die gesamte Natur, durch die Koca, Hasanbeiileu, Duka, und Kosovaren Mafia ! Diese Mafia Gruppen, bauen überall illegal ihre Hotels und Appartments Blocks, ohne jegliche Kanalisation, zum alleigen Zwecker der Geldwäsche

The coastline of Durres is undergoing massive constructions leading to an uncontrolled growth of population. According to the inspector of hygiene, Skender Lala, the lack of canalisations and the downgraded state of the old tubes, caused several time pollution of drinking water, especially in some neighbourhoods of Durres town, like the one 18, 5, 6, 11 etc.Due to lack of canalisation system in the zone of Shkembi I Kavajes, the hotel service network and constructed buildings operate with septic holes that are a source of pollution.

Überall das selbe Bild. Alles wird zerstört. In Elbasan baggern sie wild den Fluss aus, um Kies zu gewinnen.

No permits for river exploitation
Elbasan- An order was issued banning the extraction of construction materials like gravel and others from the basins of Shkumbin and Devoll rivers. The uncontrolled exploitation by extraction plants set-up throughout the length the Devoll and especially Shkumbin Rivers has caused a grave state in river banks. Erosion in the Cerrik and Muriqan lowlands, as well as in the other places, has risked even the life of people in the surrounding villages, during overflows. With reference to this reality, the issuance of permits for river exploitation was made zero. The prefect of the district of Elbasan Mimoza Hasekiu stated that “from now and on, no exploitation permit will be issued for a nearly six-month period of time. The ones already provided with permits will be closely monitored in order to meet the enforced criteria.”

Entgültig ist seit 2 Tagen,das die illegalen Bauten nicht u.a. auf Antiken Stätten und Touristischen Zonen legalisert werden.

Gestern wurde der Bürgermeister von Velipolje verhaftet und sämtliche Verantwortlichen der Skhoder Administration. Auch dieser Bürgermeister ist von Salahs Partei der DP. Der grosse Fisch ist / aber die Bürgermeister der SP von Durres: Lefter Koca und Miri Hoti.

Traum vom Tourismus geplatzt

Auch eineinhalb Jahrzehnte nach dem Ende des Kommunismus hat die Tourismusbranche in der Republik Albanien die Hoffnungen enttäuscht. Alle Regierungen hatten die Entwicklung der Ferienorte an der 360 Kilometer langen Adriaküste als Motor für den Wirtschaftsaufschwung in ihr Aufgabenprogramm geschrieben. Doch die Ergebnisse sind ernüchternd. Von den so sehr umworbenen westeuropäischen Touristen gibt es bis auf wenige Abenteurer auch heute keine Spur. Schlimmer noch. Immer mehr Albaner ziehen Urlaubsorte im Ausland vor, obwohl die über weite Strecken idyllische Adria vor der Haustür liegt.

Das hat die eigentlich fest eingeplante Geldquelle Tourismus beinahe versiegen lassen. Denn von den 735 Millionen Dollar Einnahmen in diesem Sektor (2004) gaben albanische Reisende im Ausland wieder 642 Millionen Dollar aus. Neben Inländern findet man an den vielen Stränden vor allem Albaner aus dem benachbarten Kosovo oder aus Mazedonien sowie albanische Gastarbeiter aus Griechenland. Auch wenn es keine verlässlichen Statistiken gibt: Die Zahl der Gäste und Übernachtung stagniert seit Jahren, berichten die Verantwortlichen.


Die Tourismusindustrie Albaniens leidet vor allem unter der unzureichenden Infrastruktur. Schlechte Straßen und regelmäßige Engpässe in der Strom- und Wasserversorgung schrecken Gäste ab. Die vielen neuen Hotels sind ohne einen Masterplan nach Lust und Laune der Besitzer gebaut. Ihnen ist gemein, dass sie viel zu eng beieinander stehen und Beton zum beliebtesten Gestaltungsmerkmal gemacht haben.

Die Umweltverschmutzung hat gefährliche Ausmaße angenommen. Schadstoffquelle Nummer eins sind die alten Dieselfahrzeuge. 86 Prozent aller privaten Autos haben einen Dieselantrieb. Von ihnen sind mehr als zwei Drittel in den 80er Jahren vom Band gelaufen. Die Gifte in der Atemluft haben in den letzten Jahren um mehrere tausend Prozent zugelegt, hat eine regionale Umweltschutzagentur vor kurzem ermittelt. Eine der vielen Ursachen ist auch die offene Müllverbrennung als normaler Weg zur Abfallbeseitigung.

An groß angelegten Plänen zur Errichtung touristischer Siedlungen wie Golem nahe des größten Hafens Durres, Orikum bei der Stadt Vlora und Ksamil nahe Saranda im Süden fehlt es zwar nicht. Viele Vorhaben verheddern sich jedoch in Missmanagement und der weit verbreiteten Korruption. Dass viele Hotel- und Restaurantbesitzer den Tourismus als Chance sehen, trotz mäßiger Qualität und schlechten Services über Nacht reich zu werden, ist dem Aufblühen der Branche auch nicht förderlich.

Und dann noch die kleinen Hindernisse mit großen Nachteilen. Ein funktionierender Mietwagen- oder Taxiservice fehlt. Inzwischen sind sogar private Motorboote verboten. Damit will die Regierung verhindern, dass wie in den letzten Jahren mit Schnellbooten Menschen, Zigaretten und Drogen über die Adria nach Italien geschmuggelt werden.
