MILAN - Unforgettable. Unique. The 2006/07 Serie A title won by Inter already belongs to the great history of Italian football as Roberto Mancini's team have matched and set a host of new records throughout the campaign.

107 goals scored: matches club record set in 1950/51 (38 games compared to 55 this season).
97 points (out of a possible 114): an all time record in the 20-team Serie A championship, bettering Torino's tally of 94 points in 194748 (considering 3 points for a win instead of the 2 at the time); all time record for a top European league, beating Chelsea's total of 95 points in 2004/05.
36 points (Inter's 87 points against AC Milan's 61): the biggest ever lead over the Rossoneri in the one-division Serie A championship. Without counting AC Milan's eight-point penalty, it is the second biggest lead after 1929/30 - 29 points (Inter 72, AC Milan 43, counting three points for a win).
