Mjaft fest was born as a desire to combine music with the sense of innovation and activism. Having worked with Mjaft Fest for the last two years, with the logistical challenges put aside, we have learned to better value the importance of sound effects, lighting and the \"architecture\" of the different elements that also deserve more décor.
One must mention the fact that Mjaft fest in its first year was a cultural event that promoted for the first time some of the best artists from Prishtina, Skopje, who since have been successful in the Albanian music scene like: Humus - Prishtina, Asgje Sikur Dielli - Prishtina, Blla Blla Blla - Skopje, Por-No - Prishtina etc...
The first innovation of this third edition of Mjaft Fest will be its location. Different form the previous ones that took place at the \"Mak Albania\" complex, this one is going to take place in the southern coast, in the beach of Dhermi. This place offers most advantageous spaces and complimentary logistic conditions and more importantly the beautiful charm that our southern coast has to offer.
Admission at the Mjaft Fest will be free of charge for all and camping facilities are also available.
Mjaft Fest 2005 will take place from 5-7 August. During these three days the participants will have the opportunity to have a good time under unique sounds and genres like:
Electro, Reggae, Dub, Techno, Ska-Punk etc.
There will be two stages in which music will be performed; the main stage and the Chill-out stage.
The second stage (the Chill-out), will offer a different perspective to those who are seeking a quieter and more relaxing environment. Key performances in both stages will take place during the afternoon.
Spread the word, invite your friends, to spend unforgettable nights, with beautiful music, among fresh and old company, by the Ionian sea .
