Crna Gora, hm what to say, I was there three times in my life and all three times were disastrous. Most of people who go there are doing so, because they haven't try anything different and when they do, they are very surprised and then ask them selves: 'Why, oh why we spent last xxx years in Crna Gora when here in xxx is much better???' First of all Crna Gora is expensive almost like Greece and it hasn't got EU economical standard. Bulgaria, for example is much cheaper than Crna Gora or even Serbia. Than there are lot of Crnogorci, especially in seaside, who dislike Serbs (Srbijanci as they call us) and you might have problems with them, some 'physical contacts' maybe... And than you have to deal with Crnogorskim sense for turism and trade:
- when you go to bar during day, while bar are half empty you will probably have to wait 15 min to get served, because waitresses or barmen are speaking with some friends of theirs and they do not like to be disturb while they are socialising with their fellow Crnogorci.
- it is not unusual that half of town does not have water from 8-10h AM and 16-22h PM. This year they open some 5 star hotel and they had to postpone the beginning of tourist season in this hotel because they have really great troubles with city Wastewater fabric, and believe me I'm not surprise with that fact.
-because their government have good business relationship with Italian mafia (their PM and ex President was accused in Italian courts two or three times that he had many contacts with Italian mafia bosses) it is not unusual to see these guys in Crna Gora, during summer
Well, these are main reasons why I stick to holidays abroad.
