SAHAF- Sarajevo halal fair and Sarajevo halal forum represent unique event that gathers all representatives of halal industry from South Eastern Europe, representatives from leading world halal industries and multinational companies.
A number of companies from countries of our region and from countries like Germany, Austria, Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia, have shown interest to take participation at SAHAF.
SAHAF will be held in Sarajevo, from 15th to 17th May 2013.
SAHAF is first specialized halal fair in South Eastern Europe, which provides insight to developing trends of halal industry.
There is significant number of halal certified companies on the market. They sell their products not only on local and regional market, but also on halal markets all over the world. SAHAF will provide to halal certified companies and service suppliers better representation for their offer, not only to domestic buyers, but also to potential buyers and distributers from other countries.

"U okviru SAHAF 2013, Udruženja Kuhara u BiH, a u saradnji sa Agencijom za certificiranje halal kvalitete će organizovati Prvu obuku i certificiranje za halal kuhare, nakon koje će kandidati dobiti certifikat „Halal kuhar“.
Stečena znanja i vještine kuhari će prezentirati kroz Cooking show koji će se održati na sajmu, te će nam prirediti niz kulinarskih majstorija i podučiti nas receptima kako tradicionalnih bosanskohercegovačkih halal jela, tako i halal kulinarskih poslastica iz cijelog svijeta."

hab weiße marchmellows bei real gekauft um ein fondant daraus zu machen.wusste gar nicht das es da auch schweine gelatine gibt, ich dachte nur in den gummibärche weil sie halt diese durchsichtige masse haben
