As this route continues over the Adriatic Sea between the ports of Bar and Bari, major profits will be achieved through transshipment of goods.

The investment expenditures required will be 1.219 million US$ and it is planned to secure this sum through concessions, from foreign investment and loans. Final date is the year 2007.

anstadt durch Montenegro würde es durch Albanien gehen, weil die Autobahn vom Albanischen Meer bis Kosovo fast fertig ist und in Montenegro muss man noch Jahre warte.
