New brand “Debar cheese”

Association of farmers of Debar region “Dashi” decided to name the white cheese that is produced in a traditional way “Debar cheese”.
This decision was made after many suggestions given by farmers mainly from Zupa, who were giving proposals, such as the name “Kodzhadzheng” (great battle), but it was rejected by most of the farmers.
- Our association immediately after the decision, submitted a request to the competent state institutions dealing with domestic products branding, the dairy product to be named Debar cheese. We now expect an answer, says the president of the association, Skender Ame.
The Debar cheese is one of the finest, produced in a traditional way in Europe and got high marks at the recent dairy products Fair held in Italy.
