Address by Minister of Defence Besimi in Rome
14:36 GMT, July 18, 2012 “Lessons from history teach us that the periods of the economic crises are an opportunity for the appearance of new ideas that will enable us a more rational, more efficient and more effective use of resources that will produce significant results in the development of the defence capabilities”, stressed the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Macedonia, Fatmir Besimi, on the 29th International Workshop for Global Security, which is being held on Monday and Tuesday in the Italian capital, Rome.
