Zoran Stratev to lead Macedonia in remaining qualifiers

Zoran Stratev, photo: UtrinskiZoran Stratev, photo: Utrinski Following the resignation by Chedomir Janevski, FFM have announced Zoran Stratev will lead the national team in the remaining two qualifiers.
After the rather surprising stepping down by Chedomir Janevski as manager of the Macedonian national team, FFM have announced that Zoran Stratev will lead the national team in the October qualifying matches against Wales and Serbia.
Stratev was coordinator of the youth national teams until his appointment as caretaker manager of the national team. In his coaching career, he led Vardar in 2003 when Vardar was on the verge of qualifying in UEFA Champions League and also a brief period later in 2010/11 season when Vardar was supposed to be relegated. He was also Rabotnichki's manager in 2010 when Rabotnichki faced Liverpool in the UEFA Europa League.
Petar Miloshevski, the national team sports director announced: "Although we offered better contract to Chedomir Janevski for the following two years, he decided to leave the team and we wish him the best of luck. After immediate meetings conducted on short notice we have decided to appoint Zoran Stratev as caretaker for the following two qualifying matches and then we will see how we will proceed."

Macedonian handball champion won the richest club in the world ,with 28:26 in the second round of the Champions League..
Metalurg writes a new light page in the club’s history and in the history of the Macedonian handball.
In a memorable game , certainly one of the best at this stage of the Champions League ,Metalurg beat the great favorite Paris Saint Germain . Achieved was one of the biggest club’s wins in Macedonian collective sport.
Despite powerful PSG , with a budget ten times greater than that of Metalurg , against the powerful French machine that has everything a club can wish, was found Skopje Metalurg , club that works so hard, but surely,makes its way ahead for the global handball elite and club that causes respect in every opponent .

Делегатот на средбата со ПСЖ наводно е подготвен да поднесе пријава за некоректнста на публиката во "Борис Трајковски", пишува Вечер.
Се уште не стивнува еуфоријата за победата на македонскиот ракометен вицешампион Металург над милионскиот Пари Сен Жермен во 2. коло од Лигата на шампионите. Но, големиот триумф над богатите парижани би можел да биде засенет од делегатот на натпреварот, Чехот Јири Конечни.
Тој наводно не бил задоволен од публиката во салата Борис Трајковски", навивачите кои феноменално и со срце навиваа од првата до последната минута од натпреварот и го носеа Металург до големата победа.
Конечни се пожали дека бил плукан од некои лица од публиката, се пожалил и дека бил влечен за рака додека се движел покрај аут-линијата, кога ги разрешувал спорните одлуки на судиите.
Во ракометните кругови веќе се шпекулира дека Јири планира да поднесе пријава во ЕХФ за лоша организација на натпреварот. Доколку тоа се случи, според правилата, Металург може да заработи висока парична казна, а во најлош случај да игра без публика.

Six matches later, Janevski held a press conference in Mons where he was announced as the new coach of the worst team in the Belgian Jupiler league.
The football messiah turned into just a simpleton coach, with no vision or concept and when the last place for the Macedonian national team in Group A became a reality, he bailed out.
During his short lived tenure, Janevski earned 2 wins, 5 losses and 1 draw enough for a 5th place out of 6 teams.
The new Mons coach became just another 'bad hire' for the Macedonian football federation who has gone through coaches the same way an individual goes through socks.
There are good coaches, great tacticians and visionaries. What Macedonia needs is a visionary, not a good coach. Janevski showed up as a supposedly good coach, only to see him play Popov on the right side (he is a left back), continued to force Trickovski into the fray even when he was not in form and failed to utilize Pandev. Instead of putting Pandev as a central attacker, being fed passes where he needs to only turn and shoot, Janevski put him behind the attackers to fight with the opposition for every ball.
Janevski turned out to have such an ego, it took him six matches to let masterful David Babunski who is practically born to play precisely behind Pandev and feed him those perefect passes (and score himself). Babunski is good enough to play for Barcelona B, (frequently trains with Messi and Co) but Janevski deemed him too young!?
Janevski brought in Adis Jahovic as an attacker from a mediocre Swiss team. He has not scored a goal in six matches despite having dozen scoring chances. According to Janevski, Jahovic is good to keep a ball at his feet and is not shy to play at other positions. I have a cousin who can keep a ball at his feet and is certainly not shy about playing anywhere, against anyone. According to Janevski, my cousin too should play for Macedonia. Is this a national team or a developmental school for football?
The new v.d. coach Zoran Stratev issued short and dim statement. "We'd like to avoid last place". Really Stratev? So we went from the supposed third place to issuing hopless statements? Is Janevski taking the entire national team to Mons?
No, Stratev has the same roster we have had for the past 5 years.
The new coach should look closely into Jani Urdinov, the Babunski brothers as starters. So we don't have political games of the type "Mite Cikarski" who was not a starter in the U21 team, but is called to play for the national team. Lets cut the BS for once.
Janevski left for money, like everyone else. The MFF structures contracts in such a way that anyone can come in and leave any time they please without consequences. My problem is not that Janevski left, rather it's with the amateurs running the Football Federation. //Pero Stamatovski

Metalurg und Vardar sind in Moment im Zagreb bist besten Handball-Teams aus dem Balkan und unter den Top 5 in Ost-Europa. Auf Club Ebene kann man schon sagen eine Macht Nationalteam nicht.
Nicht zu vergessen das dein Serbien nur dank der Heim-EM zu einer Medaille gekommen ist ansonsten ist war der Handball bei euch noch nie so schlecht
