Pripremni radovi za izgradnju Univerzitetskog naselja u novobeogradskom bloku 67 za potrebe Univerzijade 2009. godine u Beogradu počinju u septembru, dok će sam početak gradnje početi na proleće sledeće godine, najavio je Vuk Mrvić, direktor kompanije "Blok 67 asosijets", na jučerašnjoj konferenciji za novinare.

Izraelci ne posustaju sa investicionim ulaganjima u Beogradu i nastavljaju trend da najviše ulažu u građevinske poduhvate. Najnoviji zahvat je stambeno-poslovni i uslužni kompleks marina "Dorćol" u čije podizanje će u narednih pet godina uložiti oko 160 miliona evra. Investitor je firma "Engel marina Dorćol" registrovana u Holandiji i kćerka izraelske kompanije "Engel ist Jurop".
Gradnja kompleksa bi mogla da počne na jesen, jer kako objašnjava Saša Blagojević, zadužen za odnose sa javnošću ispred ove firme, narednih meseci predstoji rad na urbanističkom i idejnom projektu, što prethodi dobijanju dozvole za gradnju. Tim arhitekata tek treba da smisli idejno rešenje i tada će se konkretno znati koliko će se graditi zgrada - dve velike kule ili više manjih. Prema DUP-u visina im ne sme prelaziti 12 spratova

Aura, partner sign MOU to jointly buy Belgrade lot for €11m
The 40-acre lot near the airport is zoned for up to 110,000 sq.m. of commercial, entertainment, and hotel space.
Aura Investments Ltd. (TASE:AURA) has signed an MOU with a third party to buy rights to a 40-acre lot Belgrade, Serbia, for €11 million. Aura is holding a bond issue on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).
Aura notified the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) today that the lot was adjacent to the highway linking Belgrade with Zagreb, Croatia, and located near the city airport, about 2 km. from Belgrade’s suburbs. The lot is zoned for up to 110,000 sq.m. of commercial, entertainment, and hotel gross space. Aura and its partner have not yet decided which of these uses will be utilized.

Two billlion Dinars paid for Dorcol Marina
Two billion Dinars was paid for the purchase of 2.57 hectares of land in the Dorcol Marina. Following the gathering of offers through a public tender, Engel Marina Dorcol from Belgrade has won the rights to this plot of land. Engel Marina Dorcol will pay 2.077 billion Dinars and will be expected to carry out its investments in phases, such that each phase lasts 24 months from the day permits are given for construction of the individual phases. The deadline for the construction of all the buildings is 60 months from the the permission to begin works on the first phase. The land is offered to the company for 99 years.
Nakon sprovedenog postupka prikupljanja ponuda javnim oglasom, preduzeću „Engel marina Dorćol” iz Beograda daće se u zakup neizgrađeno građevinsko zemljište u prostornoj celini „Marina Dorćol” ukupne površine oko 2,57 hektara. Na ime zakupnine ovo preduzeće platiće 2,077 milijardi dinara, uz obavezu da investiciju obavi u fazama, i to svaku fazu u roku od 24 meseca od dana dobijanja odobrenja za izgradnju pojedine faze. Rok za izgradnju svih objekata je 60 meseci od odobrene prijave radova za prvu fazu. Zemljište se daje u zakup na 99 godina, sa pravom upisa u javne knjige.

The construction of a hotel in New Belgrade near the Belgrade Arena isbeing financed by a Greek company and is set to to completed in August 2005. The value of this investment is 12 million Euros and is being construction by Napred. The hotel will have 201 rooms, two restaurants, a glass garden with a dessert bar, three conference halls, and underground parking garage for 100 cars. The rating of the hotel will be four stars, satisfying superior Western standards.
The president of the managing board of New Belgrade has announced that construction of a second hotel in New Beglrade should start as well, with the contractor being Energoprojekt.
