Can you be a member of the "White Race" if you have litterally a brown skin?

Where do you find that definition?

From what I read so far they moved into Europe from India (most likely). Also if you look at Indians, they have quite "European" like faces, with a darker skin and hair color. I think overall your thread title "white race" is a quite racist title anyway. There is no such thing as a race, even though it's commonly used in American English especially, biologically there is no such thing as race.
