The recent increase of inflammatory rhetoric between officials of Kosovo and Serbia, in particular the statements about war and conflict in the Western Balkans are of great concern.

Senior politicians of the two Parties will be held responsible for any escalation that leads to any increased tensions and, potentially violence in the region.

Both Parties must immediately put an end to mutual hostilities and dangerous statements and act responsibly.

All open issues will be addressed through the EU-facilitated Dialogue on normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia. The EU expects the two leaders to discuss these challenging topics at the next High-level Dialogue, called HRVP Borrell, between President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti on 18 August in Brussels.

Reaching a comprehensive legally binding agreement on full normalisation of relations in the context of the EU-facilitated Dialogue requires a climate that contributes to restoring trust, reconciliation and good relations, whereby past agreements are respected and fully implemented, and where actions and statements which are not compatible with the overall interest and strategic objectives of the region have no place.

The EU, including through its civilian mission EULEX, remains in close coordination with KFOR and international partners, particularly the United States of America.

PREMIJERKA Srbije Ana Brnabić reagovala je na izjavu Evropske spoljnopolitičke službe (EEAS) kojom je upozorila na porast "zapaljive retorike između zvaničnika Beograda i Prištine".
- Gledajući ovu izjavu EEAS-a, neko bi pomislio da je danas 1. april, a ne 14. avgust. Mora biti da je u pitanju neka (vrlo neslana) šala- napisala je Brnabić na svom Tviteru.

- Punih 175 dana, Aljbin Kurti provocira oružani konflikt sa Srbima. I to u godini koja će ostati upamćena kao godina u kojoj je Kurti istim tim Srbima na Kosovu i Metohiji oduzeo najosnovnija ljudska prava – zabranivši im da glasaju. Osim beskorisne pisane izjave, EU nije učinila baš ništa ovim povodom- navela je ona.

Kosovska kompanija za distribuciju električne energije (KEDS) saopštila je da će od danas početi restrikcije struje.

Im Kosovo gibt es ab heute Stromsparmaßnahmen, das bedeutet, dass es im Wechsel 6 Stunden Strom gibt und dann 2 Stunden nicht. Was ich nicht herauslesen konnte ist, ob das im gesamten KS gilt?

Ich erinnere mich, dass Serbien angeboten hatte, kosovarische Kohle zu kaufen und mit Stromlieferungen zu bezahlen....

Die Info wurde wieder gecancelt. Das Kosovo hat doch genügend Strom, nachdem jetzt Albanien eingesprungen ist und das Stromdefizit überbrückt

Ja stell dir vor.. auch wenn dein Präsident was anderes behauptet.. der KS erwirtschaftet auch Geld und kann dieses auch verwenden.

Mutiere bitte nicht zu Ivo, der nervt auch immer mit so sinnbefreiten Aussagen.
Euer Stromanbieter hat gesagt, dass diese Stromabschaltungen stattfinden, weil die kosovarische Regierung keine weiteren Finanzmittel zur Verfügung stellen möchte. Nicht alles was im KS passiert, hat was mit Vucic zu tun. Das Stromproblem ist hausgemacht.

Verschenkt Albanien den Strom oder wie lösen die das? Hat der KS weitere Gelder locker gemacht?

Die Sache ist ja nicht die das das Kosovo kein Strom hat, es kann nur nicht die Spitzen während des Mittags bedienen. Dafür haben die über Nachts mehr als genug Strom, so dass jetzt dazu hinübergegangen sind und bungern den überschüssigen Strom in Albanien und bei Bedarf schickt Albanien den Strom wieder zurück. Also ein Geben und Nehmen.

Apropos dem Svecla und Bislimi wurde Anschein die Einreise ins Preshevo Tal verweigert. Ich hoffe der Petkovic packt sein Zelt ein wenn er nächstesmal das Kosovo besuchen möchte, da er viele Tage am Grenzübergang verbringen wird
