The complex “The First Shareholders Mill” known as “The Old Mill”, is situated in an attractive location in the city in the zone of the wider centre of the town, in the vicinity of important roads - highway and crossroad/loop called “Mostarska petlja”, along the Boulevard Vojvode Mi{i}a accross Belgrade Fair.
The complex “Old Mill” consists of the main building of the old mill, which is to be kept and reconstructed and there are also several additional, smaller buildings such as warehouses and workshops which are to be demolished.
The main building of the old mill is under protection of the Intitute for the Preservation of the Monuments of Cultural Importance as one of the most important industrial structures from the beginning of the 20th Century (build 1904.) and represents the well known landmark in the centre of the town.
Complex is situated on the lot land marked as KP725 KOB6.
The surface of the lot of land is 7.128m2.

Usce Complex

The Usce complex when completed in the following three years will become one of the most modern and elite business centres in the Balkans. It will boast two towers each with 25 floors and a multifunctional office-commerical-sports centre. The net lettable area in the complex will be 180000 square metres and the construction will cost 160 million Euros.

European construction invested 30 million Euros in the reconstruction of Usce and the building is now worth an incredible amount more than that. Hypo Alpe Adria bank is now renting out the first ten floors of the building and has become the anchor tenant. In the summer, the construction of the shopping mall should already begin with over 120000 square metres of commercial space. The future complex will be turned towards bul. Mihaila Pupina and will be placed infront of Usce. It is the plan of EUC to finish the project by 2007, and around 100 million Euros will be invested in its construciton.

Underground there will be a hypermarket with over 12000 square metres. There will also be one underground floor of the shopping mall, while the remaining two floors of the mall will be above ground. The shopping mall will have a total commercial space area of 36000 square metres and will feature cafes, restaurants, boutiques, stores, furniture stores, banks, and pharmacies. The third part of the complex will have a multiplex theatre and sports recreation centre.

When the commerical centre is completed, construction of the Usce twin will commence and it should be finished by the end of 2008 with a cost of 60 million Euros.

The land is located in a densely populated residential just, 5-6 km from downtown Belgrade, to which it is very well connected by bus and tram lines. in its vicinity are densely populated suburban housing projects, as well as a major traffic turning point for buses and trams - Trosarina: The highway is also near. Near this terrain is situated the largest Peugeot show room - Blue Box in the country, also owned by the Verano Group.

The surface area of the terrain is three hectares. The facilities that are currently on it are planned for demolition and potential investors can use them accordingly to their needs. The location is suitable for the construction of a business center, a shopping mall or a multiplex cinema, considering the fact that nothing of the kind is to be found in its vicinity.

The total reconstruction of the one of the oldest open markets in Belgrade. Kalenic pijaca is located in hearth of Belgrade, in Vracar district. The reconstruction of the open market includes the reconstruction of the whole market infrastructure, few underground levels and covered market.

Ne jetzt mal im Ernst werden diese Sachen überhaupt realisiert oder nur Träume???

hab mich mal durchgeklickt, wenns so wäre müsste Belgrad im Jahr 2008 (2 Jahre) wie ein neues Hong Kong aussehen :?

Also die meisten Projekte haben ja schon angefangen....

PS: In Zagreb siehts nicht anders aus :wink: werde bei gelegenheit paar projekte über zagreb posten pozz
