Sarajewo muss in die höhe bauen man hat keinen Platz zu expandieren bei den umgebenden Bergen.

Skenderija opet bira idejno rješenje za obnovu trga

Na ponovljeni javni konkurs za izradu idejnog rješenja izgleda prostora platoa centra 'Skenderija' pristiglo su četiri rada, koja su trenutno u fazi razmatranja.

Kako devet idejnih rješenja koja su prethodno stigla na adresu Centra nisu bila sveobuhvatna, ponavljanje konkursa imalo je za cilj prikupljanje najkvalitenijeg rješenja za uređenje centralnog trga platoa Kompleksa "Skenderija", koji će se arhitekturom upotpunosti ukomponovati u ambijentalnu cjelinu dosad izgrađenih i planiranih objekata prema urbanističkom projektu Skederija.
Naime, posebnu pažnju učesnici konkursa trebali su posvetiti traženju takvih rješenja koja se mogu implemetirati u postojeće stanje objekta, a ne predlagati rješenja kao da se radi o novoprojektovanom objektu.
Odabir idejnog rješenja osnovni su preduslov za početak dugo najavljivane obnove trga Skederija, redizajna trgovki i fasada. Ipak, početak radova je neizvestan, jer prema najavama kantonalnog ministra privrede Abida Šarića, kompletna obnova trga zahtjeva ulaganja od sedam ili osam miliona KM.
Obzirom da je budžet Kantona Sarajevo ove godine manji za oko sto miliona KM, realno je očekivati da bez obzira na idejna rješenja, obnova trga na Skenderiji gdje se održavaju brojne društvene manifestacije bude odgođena za 'bolje vremena'.
