Mamut (Mammoth), also Mamutica is the largest building (by volume) in Zagreb and Croatia, as well as one of the largest apartment blocks in Europe. This apartment complex was built in 1974 in Novi Zagreb - istok, Croatia's version of the panelák or plattenbau. The building is about 240 m long, it's 70 m high and has 20 floors. It is home to some 5,000 people. There are 1212 apartments in the building, and their total cost is 135.7 million Euro. Although it may look brutal on the outside, it's quite comfortable and tidy inside.

AVENUE MALL


Avenue Mall to be completed in 2007.

On the main intersection in New Zagreb (Av Dubrovnik and Av Većeslav Holjevac), company Colliers International is building large shopping center Avenue Mall. Avenue Mall is scheduled to open in the spring of 2007. Center will have 9 levels, of which 3 levels of retail services: ground floor: anchors, cafés and a large variety of retail shops (home decór, health & beauty, banks, electronics, fashion), first floor: anchors, cafés and retail shops with an emphasis on fashion, shoes and accessories, second floor: 9-screen multiplex cinema, restaurants, food court, mutimedia bookstore, entertainment facilities and a variety of retail shops for young shoppers. Parking on three underground levels. Lower level with a 3,400 m2 supermarket and service shops.

Technical Specifications:
- Total Built-up Area: 79,000 m2
- Gross Leasable Area: 26,500 m2
Investment: 70 million €.

Hallo Im Zagreb war ich paar mal dort gibt es solche ecken und solche ost verschieden kann mann nicht genau sagen wie sauber und wie dreckig.Im Zagreb gibt es schon schöne ecken wenn ich ehrlich bin,ist leider alles ziemlich teuer ob essen oder kleidung u.s.w.
Ich weiss das viele im Sagreb ständig sagen das das leben da teuer ist.
So viel zum Zagreb aber ehrlich mostar ist was Kroatien an betrifft der schönster ort Für mich allein wegen der altschtadt die natur die luft kann mann sich richtig erholen.Im Zagreb komme ich mir vor wie in deutschland zufiel lärm betton unruheund die preise zimlich hleich.Keine rholungs platz für mich,ist auch jedem seine geschmacksache.

Wiso ergibt es keinen sinn? Ja mostar ist im balkan kroatische sdriaküste.Ich meine Mostar ist für mich schönste otr im ganz Kroatien.Aber ich meine damit nicht das Mostar der schönste ort des Balkans ist.

Sandzo villeicht nicht ganz in Kroatien aber kann mann so sagen sind eh fast nur kroaten dort.Ich vergleice Jetzt Mostar nicht mit Sarajevo oder Sandjak keine angst smiri zivce .
