» Introduction
The significance of this intersection project is vast and bad traffic regulation on this route is making problems for years now. The construction of this multi-level intersection will separate road and rail traffic, creating larger capacity on the artery that will access future bridge on Ada. It was envisaged as three-way intersection with two lanes and access loops in all directions. According to information from the Land Development Agency, it is a very complex undertaking, with almost 1 kilometer long access roads and during the construction period train traffic won’t be stopped.
Part of Vojvode Misica Boulevard will be closed during this time, so they will use opportunity to reconstruct the road and tram lines. The entire investment is estimated to hit 1.8 billion dinars and the dead line is autumn 2010.

Serbian air traffic services agency presented project of its modernization and construction of new administration and operations building. The new flight control centre will be situated on the airport “Nikola Tesla” and will have 9000 sq/m of space including garage and storage facilities.
It will be the most up-to-date center that will implement the latest radar and communication technology to cover big part of this region which is under its authority. Because this center will control significant part of European airspace and has respectable traffic growth rates, this modernization project is supported by European investment bank and European bank for reconstruction.
The land lot planned for this new facility is placed in the triangle between public garage, Museum of Aviation and overpass road and covers an area of 2 hectares. The entire investment is estimated to be 90 million Euros and deadline for its completion is summer 2010.
Dedinje area will see the realisation of another prestigious residential estate and the entire construction process will be supervised by a well-known Belgrade company Koling A.D. This project is located on a great location and it will satisfy all needs of modern family lifestyle. The project will carefully preserve existing greenery and surrounding ambient of the neighborhood.
The construction will be carried out using the highest standard materials and installations and basic characteristics of all facilities are modern and simple architecture, functional layout and secured entrance. All buildings will have central air-conditioning system.
The residential part of the complex will consist of 3 villas where apartments will range from 250sq/m to 500sq/m for exclusive penthouse units. The business section will be facing the street and it will include business apartments, restaurants and multifunctional conference hall with modern IT technology installed. The complex will have underground garage with capacity for 80 cars as well.
The price for the apartments in this complex is still unknown, but it is expected to be formed by a future development and the state of the market in this area.
