Ich find aber schade das im Vergleich zu Novi Sad oder Nis in Belgrad tausende Projekte realisiert werden, so wie zB. das Shopping City, das ich noch posten werde.
Stell dir vor, das ist sozusagen eine Stadt in der Stadt!
Viele riesige Einkaufszentren und Häuser/ Wohnungen für über 80.000 Einwohner.
Meiner Meinung nach ist das übertrieben.
Man sollte Serbien, ähnlich wie dem System in der Schweiz nach Kantone/ Opstine teilen, dh: das jeder Kanton eine eigene Verfassung und eigene gesetzgebende Behörden haben sollte. Wäre meiner Meinung nach mehr als sinnvoll. Aber wer fragt denn schon nach unserer Meinung?!
Was aber Belgrad betrifft, bombastische Metropole. Keine andere Stadt ist so wie Belgrad!

Laut "Beoinfo" müsste die Belgrader Ringautobahn im 3. Quartal 2011 fertig werden.

An deiner Stelle würde ich sogar froh sein.
Denn durch Belgrad zu kommen braucht man nicht selten schon über 4 Stunden. Aber das ist in der Regel schon eher die Ausnahme. Trotzdem hat es einfach zu viel Verkehr, was oft nicht auszuhalten ist und einem die Nerven raubt.

» Introduction
The First Shopping City in this Part of Europe
There is 100 hectares of land for commercial / retail construction on this attractive location. This project is designed to be the first retail – shopping city in this part of Europe.
Project land is sourounded by two frequent traffic arteries. Major traffic route presents direct vicinity of Ibarska motorway . As its most important transportation potential that makes it very attractive , we would like to emphasize fact that project area includes future Belgrade’s bypass highway, with its interstate on Železnik area. Vicinity of bypass road, also know as “Belgrade’s ring” is less then 200 meters away from projects land plot. That location is used by more than half a million of people, and the Ibarska motorway itself is the most frequent in Serbia.
This project involves retail parks, outlet stores, specialized shopping malls (furniture, textile, home centers etc), multiplex cinemas, car show rooms, restaurants, Cash & Carry hypermarkets. In the future a residential area for 80.000 people is planned to be built on location that leans on the Shopping City, as well.
YU KAPITAL is developer for this project offering investment partnership, cooperation in land preparation, acquisition , development of infrastructure, permits, urbanization, overall & tenant mix organization.

The land is located in the municipality Čukarica one of 16 Belgrade’s municipalities, south-west from the center of the city. Čukarica has more than 300.000 inhabitants. All parts of Čukarica are connected with trolleys and buses transportation with other parts of Belgrade. There is major terminal for outer routes of Belgrade’s suburban areas, also.
