die bunker sind echt geil
ich finde das man diese bauwerke nicht so einfach zerstören sollte weil sie ein teil unserer vergangenheit wiederspiegeln und es sinnlos wäre geld in die zerstörung zu investieren anstatt diese bunker auszubauen wie z.b in hotels, bar,wohnhäuser,kneipen etc.

Nee, man sollte einen Großteil wirklich zerstören und vllt einige beibehalten als Erinnerungsstücke und quasi Freilichtmuseum oder so..

Jaa man könnte die Quasi "recyceln" , aber den Großteil sollte man schon irgendwie wegmachen !

[h1]lbania’s economy to grow by 2.3% in 2010, IMF says[/h1]


Albania's economy will grow by 2.3% in 2010, Johan Mathisen economist of European Department for Regional Policies and Studies at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) reported in a press conference in Tirana.
“Albania is among the few countries in the world that registered economic growth during 2009, while for this year the economic growth is forecasted at 2.3%”, Johan Mathisen said.


The economic growth will continue in 2011 with 3.3%, but prudent fiscal policies are urged by the government, Mathisen added.

"Management of incoming flows requires flexible macroeconomic policies and improvement of the resistance of the financial sector through prudent policies and strengthening cross-border financial stability," the IMF expert said.


According to Mathisen, Albania in comparison with other countries in the region has been less affected by economic crisis because it knew how to avoid excessive capital flows.

[h1]Albania, TAP, sign agreement of understanding for construction of Trans Adriatic Pipeline[/h1]


Albanian Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy, Dritan Prifti and representatives of Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG , J Thomas Dimitroff and Lars Kronstadt, have signed an agreement of understanding for construction of the pipeline “Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP)”, the ministry reported.

The memorandum defines the steps to be followed by both parties for the implementation of the “Trans Adriatic Pipeline” gas pipeline project for Albania.


TAP is a 520km pipeline that will transport natural gas via Greece and Albania across the Adriatic Sea to Italy’s southern Puglia region, and then further into Western Europe.


The project, planned to start in 2011, aims to enhance security of supplies and diversification for European markets.

[h1]Canadian company says Albania's oilfield production is on the rise[/h1]


Canadian-based exploration and production company Bankers Petroleum , developing oil and gas reserves in Albania, informed that production at its Patros Marinza oilfield in the country rose by 14% q/q in Q1, IntelliNews reported. Production at Patros Marinza averaged 8,282 bopd over the period, the company added. A third rig was arranged to start drilling at the oilfield in July 2010.


The company said its current production was at over 10,000 bopd and projected a production target of 15,000 bopd for the end of 2010. Bankers Petroleum posted a 21% y/y decrease in revenues last year.

[h1]Tirana Business Park first phase construction expected to start late 2010[/h1]


“We’re continuing a tradition that has gone beyond a decade”, said Michael Ulmer-Lindner, the General Manager of Lindner Development remarked about their new development, Tirana Business Park.

Tirana Business Park will be the single largest commercial development project ever done in Albania since the fall of communism – as well as the first business park in Albania. The project is located on a parcel land of 210,000 square meters, and the projected built-up area is expected to exceed well in excess of 200,000 square meters of office, warehouse and small-scale light industrial buildings.


Tirana Business Park will be situated near the Mother Teresa International Airport in Preza Commune, Tiranë. The project will be constructed in two phases with the first phase expected to start in October/November 2010.

Colliers International signed an important long term investor representation agreement with a German development company based outside of Munich, Lindner Development.

Colliers will be engaged in providing exclusive leasing/selling services of the commercial space, development advisory, marketing, legal and property management advisory services.



“As Colliers we are more than excited to bring the Lindner expertise to the Albanian market. We believe that through our joint cooperation we will be able to change and further improve construction standards in Albania”, added Stela Dhami, the General Manager of Colliers in Albania.

Kukës, bilanc pozitiv kundër krimit


Kukës - Numri i veprave kriminale ka ardhur duke u ulur për periudhën janar-maj në qarkun e Kukësit, ku krahasuar me një vit më parë, janë shënuar 13 për qind më pak vepra penale.

Burime zyrtare të drejtorisë së policisë së qarkut, bëjnë të ditur se gjatë kësaj periudhe janë regjistruar 146 vepra penale, ose 13 për qind më pak se e njëjta periudhë e vitit të kaluar.

Treguesi i zbulueshmërisë ka qenë vetëm 75 për qind, ose 7 për qind më pak se vitin e kaluar.

Që prej fillimit të këtij viti është bërë i mundur ndalimi i 24 personave të shpallur në kërkim, ndërsa 65 persona ndiqen në gjendje të lirë. Në qarkun e Kukësit numri i veprave penale është në rënie duke evidentuar punën që bëhet nga policia për parandalimin e veprave kriminale.

Vendin kryesor në veprat penale e zënë vjedhjet e pasurisë së tjetrit, pronësia mbi tokën, apo grindjet për motive të çastit, nga të rinjtë e moshës 18-30 vjeç.

Gati 300 nxënës të shkollës “Ali Demi” në Vlorë i janë bashkuar aksionit të Eagle Mobile “Një me Natyrën”.


Të shoqëruar nga drejtues të Eagle, Ministrisë së Arsimit dhe Ministrisë së Mjedisit, të rinjtë kanë ndërmarrë një aksion pastrimi në shëtitoren kryesore të qytetit bregdetar dhe në rrugët dytësore.

Ata janë nisur nga shkolla e tyre dhe e kanë përmbyllur aksionin në lagjen Skelë duke tërhequr edhe vëmendjen e qytetarëve vlonjatë.

Hapet tuneli, Olldashi: Tuneli tjetër në shtator


Kukës – Është rihapur për qarkullim tuneli i Kalimashit, ashtu sikurse ishte paralajmëruar.

Ministri i Transporteve, Sokol Olldashi, i cili ishte i pranishëm në rihapjen e tunelit, u shpreh se shembja e dheut muaj më parë ishte një fatkeqësi natyre.

Ai ka siguruar qytetarët shqiptarë nga Kosova dhe Shqipëria, se lëvizja në këtë tunel është pa pagesë.

“Hyrjet dhe daljet në tunel do të jenë me turne dhe nuk do të ketë pagesë”, u shpreh Olldashi, i cili shtoi se disa u gëzuan që tuneli u mbyll, duke nënkuptuar këtu opozitën. Kreu i Transporteve, u shpreh se tuneli tjetër do të hapet në shtator, çka do të bëjë tërësisht funksionale autostradën Durrës-Kukës.
