Nein.

The Albanians are Greeks in origin and Albanian is an ancient Greek dialect. We will present the work of the Greek medical philosopher and amateur linguist Iakovos Thomopoulos, the Arvanite physician and author Loukas Bellos and the Italian-Albanian philologist Demetrio Camarda, who was the founder of the Albanian literature. All of them claimed that Albanian is a Greek dialect. So to paraphrase the famous saying of the Byzantine Greek philosopher Georgios Gemistos-Plethon, we proclaim that “the Albanians are Greeks by origin, as their language and culture proves.” The Albanians are Greeks with more certainty than any other Greek. Albanian and Tsakonika - not modern Greek - are the direct descendant of ancient Greek.
