Energoprojekt and Napred Buildings in Blok 26

The user of the land available for construction in Blok 26 is the consortium EPNA which involves both Energoprojekt and Napred that are each constructing an office building in the outer edges of the Blok.

The part of the land towards ul. Proleterske Solidarnosti and bul. Mihaila Pupina is being used by Napred, which has received permission to start the construction of an office building and parking garage with a 33137 square metres worth of space being constructed in the complex. The structure will have an underground floor, bottom floor, and six above-ground levels.

The part of the block that is positioned towards ul. Španskih boraca is held by Energoprojekt Visokogradnja which is constructing an office building with 34211 square metres of floor area. This building will have two underground floors, a bottom floor, and six above-ground levels.

Delta City 67

Delta City will be a real city inside a mall, inside which the entire family will be able to spend their entire day. As opposed to current shopping malls in the city, the main emphasized point in Delta City is entertainment. That is why the mall will offer approximately ten cinema screens, playgrounds for children, bowling, restaurants, and cafes.

Of course, it will offer a Maxi hypermarket, furniture salon, and a large number of stores, boutiques, galleries, bookstores, and sports and electronics stores. One of the world's famous fashion chains, Zara, will have a large sales area in the mall. Delta promises that customers will be able to find whatever they need and while shopping, they'll also have some fun.

No customers will have a problem with parking because Delta City will have more than 1700 parking spots on six levels. In addition, this first shopping mall will be built near the University Village, where competitors in the 2009 Universiade will reside and will after be converted into a residential complex. The design for the mall was done by a famous Israeli architect, Ami Mur, who has done over 80 similar projects around the world.

On March 22th, the construction of first DeltaCity in Belgrade started.

Rendering of Delta's Tower in Blok 20 is unveiled


Thanks to our insider, for the first time you are able to see a rendering of the tower that Delta is planning to build in Blok 20. Delta bought this part of Blok 20 from Genex last year. The proposal is comprised of three parts including a shopping centre on the first 2 floors, a 19 floor hotel building, and a 37-38 floor office tower.

Zahvaljujuci nasem insajderu sada mozete videti model objekta koji Delta planira da sagradi u bloku 20. Delta je otkupila jedan deo bloka od Geneksa prosle godine. Projekat izgleda ima tri celine, trzni centar na prva dva sprata, oko 19 sprata visok hotel i 37-38 spratova visoka poslovna kula.
