“Johnson Controls” will open today a new factory in the Technological Industrial Development Zone in Stip.

The factory covers an area of 12,000 Square meters, will employ over 1,400 people, an investment worth EUR 20 million. Car seats and seat covers will be produced.


Representatives of “Johnson Controls”, the Macedonian Government and the U.S. Embassy will attend the plant opening.


This is the second factory of “Johnson Controls” in Macedonia. The first is located in the industrial zone “Bunardzik”.


“Johnson Controls” is a world giant in cars equipment manufacturing. It is present in 150 countries and has a total of 154,000 employees.

American corporation “Amphenol” a new foreign investor in Macedonia to invest EUR six million in the first phase and employ 1,500 people in the first five years. The plant will be located in Kocani.


The investment was announced today by the Prime Minister and the Vice President of the American corporation “Amphenol” and CEO of the Automotive Group at Amphenol Corporation John Treanor.


The corporation has already hired 70 people in manufacturing of automotive parts. 250 to 350 people will be employed this year.


Treanor, among other, stressed that the decision to invest in Macedonia was based on the great opportunities that the country offers, educated work force, support from the Agency for Foreign Investments and other competent institutions, but mostly based on the good business environment.

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski expressed great satisfaction with the decision of the American corporation “Amphenol” to invest in Macedonia, where export and supply to the European market will be done, and it is a result of the government’s road shows.


Gruevski stressed that the satisfaction is even greater because Treanor pointed out that there were no obstacles through the process of realization of the investment.

Schwachsinn. Die grösste Stadt im Osten Strumica ist fest in den Händen der Opposition ob Westen oder Osten macht kein Unterschied jede Partei hat überall ihre Wähler.

Das es dem Westen besser geht als dem Osten ist absolut falsch war bisher praktisch in jeder MK-Stadt.
