Mit Hackfleisch gefüllte Teigtaschen.. Wird mit Knoblauch-Joghurt und einer Sauce aus Butter und Paprikapulver serviert. Auf dem Foto ist die Variante aus Sinop mit größeren Teigtaschen und gemahlenen Walnüssen zu sehen. Weitaus bekannter ist allerdings Manti aus Kayseri.
